By clicking the box to add a product to your cart, you confirm you understand that due to the custom nature of all JennaBenna products, your order is NOT RETURNABLE and non-refundable. You confirm that you understand that colors can differ based on the monitor or screen and the scale of the prints shown on the site are NOT TO SCALE and may appear larger or smaller on finished letters. You confirm you have asked all questions regarding size, fit, colors, fabric colors and print size/scale etc. prior to placing this order. You understand that REGULAR production time takes 10-15 business days plus shipping. If you have elected RUSH PRODUCTION, you understand this will change your production to 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. If you have chosen a NEXT DAY SHIP product, it will ship next business day unless it is ordered on Friday-Sunday and then it ships on the following Tuesday. Production starts the DAY AFTER you place your order and does not include shipping time.
