Exclusive Alpha Chi Omega Fabrics
Founded on October 15, 1885 at DePauw University, Alpha Chi Omega was originally created by six women (Anna Allen, Olive Burnett, Bertha Deniston, Amy DuBois, Nellie Gamble, Bessie Grooms and Estelle Leonard) as a music fraternity with the objective “to attain the highest musical culture and to cultivate those principles that embody true womanhood”.
Alpha Chi Omega joined the National Panhellenic Conference in 1903. Today, it is over 230,000 active members strong and also has over 273 alumnae chapters who continue the mission of the fraternity.
The Alpha Chi Omega Foundation is the fraternity’s philanthropic organization and continues to partner with the MacDowell Colony and Easter Seals as well as continues to provide funding to programs and services dealing with domestic violence victims which, is what many individual chapters focus their attention on.
Make sure to plan ahead and get your JennaBenna Alpha Chi Omega Founders Day sorority shirt before October 15th so that you can join in the celebration of the fraternity’s fall founding.
