Custom Bulk Orders

We love to make your entire group look great in our fabric lettered shirts and totes. Make your new members proud to be wearing your letters with our Vera Bradley and Lilly Pulitzer Fabrics.

If you are interested in a a bulk order quote, please complete the form below with as much information as possible including fabrics you are interested in using, quantity, product and desired "due date".

Here are few things to remember with our bulk orders:
1 - We do offer a discount on the shirts but, we do not discount the Lilly or Vera fabric upgrade fee, that always applies to our orders.

2 - Please check with us regarding fabrics you are interested in before taking a
vote in your chapter or getting your heart set on one particular print
as not all prints are available for bulk ordering!

3 - We DO NOT start any part of the order until FULL payment has arrived so, please plan accordingly in your ordering as all bulk orders take
AT LEAST 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS to complete and then are shipped via UPS.
There are NO exceptions to this condition. In the event an order is needed
on a rush basis, we will have to confirm whether or not it is feasible for
production and then a 30% charge will be added to the order.

4 - In order for us to start your order, we need your full payment and a signed copy of your invoice. The invoice will contain your shipping information, size breakdown, all specifics about the shirt and fabric combination as well as a digital proof so that you can visually confirm the combination is what you are ordering. If it is all correct, please sign the bottom of the invoice and send it with payment.
If it is not correct, IMMEDIATELY contact us to avoid any delay.

5 - Orders do not include shipping charges and will be added into the final figure

6 - Once you place your bulk order, we will provide you with a special phone number strictly for bulk order communications. If you need to contact us, please email first and follow up with a call to the special number. Please do not use the number for any other purposes as it is strictly devoted to bulk ordering

7 - Discounts and gift vouchers can not be used in conjunction with our bulk order pricing as we are already giving you the best discounts we can!!

8 - In the event that we encounter an issue during production with the fabrics or apparel, we will do our best to secure the original combination but, in some cases, find flaws in the products and will have to substitute. We will immediately contact you with the specifics but, if it means the order will not be delivered in time, we reserve the right to modify the order making sure to stay as close to the original print, style or colors as possible in order to deliver the products to you in time. Please be sure to have access to your email and phone during production times.
