Can I purchase your fabric by the yard or by the piece? Sorry, we only sell our fabric in the form of Greek letters on finished products! None of our fabrics are for sale otherwise.
Can I purchase just the letters as I want to put them on my own things? Unfortunately, we only offer our letters on products we sell. We do this in an effort to stay within the guidelines of our licensing agreement as well as regulate what the finished products look like! Can I send you my own shirts and have you put letters on them? In an effort to maintain our quality products, we only put our letters on items we provide. We cannot guarantee the quality of items provided from outside our sources. If we don't have something you are looking for, let us know and we can most likely get it!
Are you a licensed Greek company? Yes, we are licensed to sell Greek products and urge you to only shop with companies that are licensed!
QUESTIONS REGARDING SIZING AND ORDERING -
Can I get a sample to see if a shirt fits before I order or to see if we like the fabric? No, we do not provide samples prior to order unless it is a large bulk order. In the cases of large bulk orders, the samples can be purchased and once they are returned in their original condition, your card will be refunded. We do not, however, offer samples of any kind otherwise.
Can I change something on my order? If you contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS of placing your order, we can usually make changes. However, if you contact us after that period of time, we cannot make changes and your order will have to proceed as placed.
Can I cancel my order? If you contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS, we can usually cancel but, after that period of time, products are NON REFUNDABLE and cannot be cancelled. Due to the custom nature of our products, once they have been started, we cannot make changes or refund your purchase. ALL of our products are custom made to order and we do not keep any kind of inventory.
I just received my order and I don't like the color combinations, can I return it just for different colors? Unfortunately,
we cannot return your product for color or color/product combination issues. For suggested color and fabric combinations, you can visit the suggestion section on our site COLOR AND FABRIC SUGGESTIONS. Additionally, we place the available colors in the descriptions of all of our products and highly encourage you
to contact us
via phone and email for color combination questions and are more than happy to
assist you in finding the perfect look. Please note that all monitors will show the colors differently so, do not solely rely on our photos on the site. Please contact us PRIOR to
ordering if you have any questions or concerns with your color and fabric combinations so that you
can rest assured the product will be absolutely perfect! The only
exception to this policy is if you order a particular pattern or color and we
mistakenly send you the incorrect one. IF this
happens, please contact us within 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER and we
will walk you through the process of replacing the product.
The pattern on my letters looks totally different from the photos on your site, can I have a refund? Please note that on all fabric photographs, they have been scaled so that you can see the pattern as a whole and doen't necessary reflect what the patterns will look like in the letters. Do note that on ALL patch patterns, no two shirts will ever look the same. Patches range from the size of the entire letter to smaller. In some cases, an entire patch will take up one letter so, sometimes you will find letters that are predominantly white. This is not a flaw, rather, just how the fabric comes out when the letters are randomly cut out. We do not do custom cutting of letters to include certain parts of patterns and on a bulk order with patch fabric, cannot make all the shirts look the same.
Can I get a fabric that is not on your site? Yes and No. Depending on what you are looking for, we might be able to special order it and usually do not charge extra. Sometimes, we intentionally do not put particular patterns on our site as they do not translate well into letters (the pattern is to spaced out or big). We take a lot of time selecting patterns that turn out well in our letters so, contact us about special fabrics and we can see about getting them. Usually, with our designer fabrics, we can only get what is available at the time so, the best thing to do is just shoot us an email to find out for sure.
I just received my order and the shirt is too tight. Can I just return for a different size? Unfortunately, we cannot return your product for sizing issues. We place the sizing guidelines in the descriptions of all of our products and encourage you to follow our recommendations when we note that you should go up a size or two if it is a very fitted product. Additionally, we are available via phone and email for sizing questions and are more than happy to assist you in finding the perfect size. Please contact us PRIOR to ordering if you have any questions or concerns with sizing so that you can rest assured the product will be absolutely perfect! The only exception to this policy is if you order a particular size and we mistakenly send you the incorrect size or style product.
